We have been checking with other members from Indonesia about this.
While there are some reports of postcards eventually making it to destinations that is not officially serviced by the Pos Udara LN at the moment, it is an assumption that it is being routed via the Paket Pos Biasa LN. Even if true, there’s no oficial guarantee that that is true for all possible destinations of this service.
It could be, for example (and we have no way to be sure about this) that when the backlog to a particular destination is big enough, that it is shipped via alternative services (such as Paket Pos Biasa LN) or, sent via airmail whenever there is space in some one-off flight that they can’t count on to re-open the route.
Our understanding is that this is technically correct. But just like one could technically mail postcards using EMS, the rate is a very different one and no one does. So while customer support is correct in saying that that service can be used for postcards, at Paket Pos Biasa LN rates it won’t be used by postcrossers.
Hence, the information is somewhat contradicting but we need to make a decision on this and we prefer to err on the side of avoiding mail from being potentially lost/on hold.
Unless there’s a clear official statement by Pos Indonesia confirming that regular letter post items can be sent via Paket Pos Biasa LN (at regular rates, with postage stamps), we won’t be restoring to routes covered only by this service as that would risk mail to be stranded without a way to reach its destination.
To my knowing, regardless of our postal service types, when the route is open to certain country, everything that’s supposed to be sent there whether it’s EMS, pos biasa LN or pos udara LN, will still be shipped. It doesn’t work by type of service but by country of destination.
Pos Udara (airmail) service isn’t opened yet because the air traffic is still closed. Hence why it will be sent by ship (pos biasa LN) that can take more than a month
Unfortunately it’s true that until now there’s no official information from Indonesian postal service about it, which is why it’s hard to give valid update
By the way,
The system gave me an address to mainland China (PRC) and it arrived in 40 days (postcard ID-365657) and on the postal monitor for Indonesia, pos udara LN (airmail) hasn’t opened yet to China, only by Pos biasa LN. Perhaps it was a glitch?

Postcards from the US are sent via First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), which is still available to Australia and New Zealand, as of today.
Japan update
We CAN’T send to Ascension and Tristan da Cunha.
However, we CAN send to St. Helena. so, not all three regions.
