After I sent a postcard to Belarus during the 2nd Hong Kong trip last October…
Today, my second postcard to Belarus has just arrived. But it’s the first time I sent a postcard to Belarus from Thailand 
after Thailand Post had resumed the postal service to Belarus 
since February 1.
