If you include your address in the envelope, the post office will reply with a little gift. It’s likely it’ll only work for domestic mail.

I never knew this, but apparently in Norway you can write to:
Julenissens Postkontor
1440 Drøbak

Santa
NORTH POLE 9999

But Santa only replies to Australian mail sent to that address, not mail from other countries.

Maybe this will help you.

Take a look in the comments, there are a few information. Some of the links are older.

In Sweden it is:

Tomten
173 00 Tomteboda

They claim to reply to every child who writes their address on the letter, but not sure if they also reply to adults / abroad.

The page linked above unfortunately has quite many broken links… Maybe it is time to make a new list for this year now that we are collecting Santas’ addresses? At least we are well on time

Thank you. I heard that to get a reply from Santa Claus in Finland you have to buy it on their official website or add an international reply coupon to your letter, is that true?

Yes you can write to the canadian santa in any language, he has volunteers to help him with the translation

Santa receives so many letters that he can’t reply all. One can order a letter from Santa (available in 12 languages), then one certainly gets an answer. Santa does reply to some letters he receives. Some of the letters he has received are displayed at the Main Post Office at the Arctic Circle.

In Italy our post organize every year an initiative where children can write their letter to Babbo Natale (Santa’s).
You have to register as parents on website, generally within st. Lucy’s day (december 13), and then you can (it’s not compulsory, to receive the reply) go with the child to post the letter in special mailboxes in Post Offices.
There’s not a permanent link, every year in november-december is published; I don’t remember if it’s limited to italian addresses.

Two videos about (sorry only in italian  ), where you can see what you receive

@Vollerei In Germany there are several addresses of Santa Claus :santa:
We write there every year, so we have tried out them all

You can write to Santa Claus - in German Weihnachtsmann:

Weihnachtsmann
Weihnachtspostfiliale
16798 Himmelpfort

Weihnachtsmann
in Himmelsthür → “Himmelsthür” means “door to heaven”
31137 Hildesheim

Or you can write to St. Nicholas - in German Nikolaus:

Nikolaus
66351 St. Nikolaus

Büro St. Nikolaus → “Büro” means “office”
49681 Nikolausdorf

Or you can write to the Christ child - in German Christkind:

Christkind
97267 Himmelstadt → “Himmelstadt” means “heaven city”

Christkind
21709 Himmelpforten → “Himmelpforten” means “door to heaven”

Christkind
51777 Engelskirchen → “Engelskirchen” means “church of angels”

You see these are always cities with names belonging to “heaven” or “Nikolaus” or “angels”. You will get an answer from every address when your letter arrives there in time (in the beginning of December) and if you write your adress on the envelope.

We have also written to Santa Claus in Norway (Julenissen), Sweden (Tomten) and Danmark (Julemanden) and have received answers.
The address in Denmark is:

Julemanden
Julemandens Postcenter 24
0900 København C
Denmark

And I have still an address of Santa Claus in Slovakia (in Slovakian it is Ježiško) that we have tried out:

Ježiško
999 99 Ježiško
Slovakia

So I wish you good luck with writing to Santa Claus and a lot of nice answer letters :santa: :christmas_tree: :mailbox_with_mail:

When you are in Canada, you don’t even have to add postage to your letters to Santa.

Address in Poland:
Biuro Listów do Świętego Mikołaja
Polska Wioska Świętego Mikołaja
Przystanek Mikołajów
57-215 Srebrna Góra

But it is also enough to put:
“Święty Mikołaj, Biegun Północny, Laponia, Niebo”
( English: Santa Claus, North Pole, Lapland, Sky)

or just place the drawing of Santa Claus on envelope

As for Belgium
The French address is:
Saint-Nicolas, Rue du Paradis 1, 0612 Ciel.

The Dutch version is:
Sinterklaas, Spanjestraat 1, 0612 Hemel

Also I read if you send letter here:
Santa Claus
Arctic Circle 96930
Rovaniemi
Finland

Those letters are getting respond form Santa no matter what country you are in.

I am happy you bring this up! I did not know that Santa has so many residences to write to him!
This year we will write to him too. My kids are very small, they don’t write but they draw. I think this will be the perfect language to communicate with him

Hi @Antjelino ,

I wonder, in what month of the year do you send your letter to Santa?
Do you wait until December or maybe you write to him earlier, in Autumn?..
