It is possible to sent mail to a part of Ukraine that is occupied by Russia. Mail to Ukraine Crimea can still be sent via Russia.
I hope those postcrossers will not be blocked.
Sorry, was an old information:
The new one is from ‘Deutsche Post’ Today:
Ukraine 24-Feb Regierung schließt Luftraum landesweit: Medienberichten zufolge wurde der gesamte Luftraum der Ukraine für den zivilen Luftverkehr geschlossen, nachdem das russische Militär am Morgen des 24. Februar eine militärische Invasion begonnen hat. Der nationale und insbesondere internationale Post- und Warenverkehr ist daher starken Einschränkungen unterworfen, deren Dauer sich zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt noch nicht abschätzen lässt.

Not sure if that’s a cancelation or still a hold
I think it’s not a cancellation (yet), it’s only about delays as there’s no airmail available anymore. But I guess that at the moment postal service in Ukraine won’t work anymore.
canada post just announced suspension of mail and parcels to ukraine
Royal Mail still accepting mail to Ukraine for now, but warning of unpredictable delays due to the rapidly developing situation: International incidents update
USPS suspending delivery to Ukraine
Ukraine Post advises that due to the conflict in the region international postal transit through Ukrainian territory has been suspended until further notice. Post offices will remain closed beginning Feb. 24 and postal deliveries are suspended until further notice. As soon as the situation allows, the post will resume delivery of all international postal items.
This is a bit of a confusing update, as USPS is not explicitly stating that they’re not sending to Ukraine themselves, or listing Ukraine in their suspended destinations…
Let’s wait a little bit longer, and check whether the table at the top of the page is updated.
Postal Monitor has been updated for:
Åland, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Finland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Russia, Singapore, Svalbard and Jan Mayan, Switzerland.
@pmunz, that is a global disruption list for each country. US suspension list is at the top of the page.

Singpost also updated the international postal services yesterday and mails to Ukraine are currently suspended.
Yes, it’s already updated. Thanks.
I asked Sweden’s Postnord on facebook and they answered that they can’t send anything to Ukraine at the moment because of the lack of flights.
Since 21Feb22 Ukraine is not in the list of countries we may send postage
Pity for the reason

Latest informations from Deutsche Post about the current situation in Ukraine:
https://www.deutschepost.de/de/c/coronavirus.html#ukraine
Translation:
“Ukraine:
Despite the current developments in Ukraine, Deutsche Post DHL will continue to ship letters and parcels to Ukraine for as long as possible. Should the circumstances mean that it is no longer possible to transport items to Ukraine or deliver them locally, we will return the items handed over to us to the sender if possible. Please understand that the situation can change at any time, even at short notice.”
(The problem is, that Deutsche Post seems to provide all current informations under “Aktuelle Einschränkungen wegen Corona”, even though there are other circumstances as we all know…so it is not easy to find it on the webpage)
