It’s a special day, come and celebrate it together: World Postcard Day
Sylvia and I organize a meetup at World Postcard Day in Alkmaar, the date is Sunday 1 October 2023. It is still a bit far away, so the details (parking, lunch and payment method in restaurant etc.) will follow later in Summer.
We gather at 11:30 o’clock in the restaurant for coffee, chit-chat, writing cards & books with a lunch break in between. We wilI do a quiz with postal theme to test your postal skills 
And I will try to arrange that we can use the PostNL cancelation date stamp, but because it is a Sunday, I can’t promise that. So after the meetup (approximately 15 o’clock ???) you are free to go home or we can go to a PostNL shop together, or you can go shopping or visit the museum.
We have the choice of 2 meetup cards (only available to the participants and those on the waiting list). The price for the card is € 0,50 each. You can order as many as you want and in each combination A and/or B, but at the meetup we have a maximum of 25 cards to sign.
Please let me know before August 20th how many you want and A and/or B. At the end of August I will send you a payment request.
There’s a chance I won’t be there myself, and then Sylvia will be the host. But of course I hope to be there and see you all.
