As a stamp collector, people collect any and all stamps, in all different types of forms. (Mint, used, on paper/cover, and off paper/cover.) There are also people that specifically collect vintage used/unused postcards. Recently, I showed a postally used cover that I gained for my German stamp collection on the forum.
