I’m going to travel to Hanoi soon. But I couldn’t find anything about Vietnam’s international postage rates on the internet.
Does anyone know where I can find the postage table or roughly how much it costs to send a postcard overseas?

Postage fee for international card from Vietnam depends on the destination, that means there are a lot of rates and we cannot remember all. But normally you can use this rate for international:
To Asia and Oceans : 25000 Vnd
To Europe : 28000 vnđ
To America and Africa : 35000 vnđ
For domestic: 4000 vnđ

Hi! It’s update information based on my local experience. I received several Hurrays after returning from my trip to Vietnam.
According to the friendly man at Hanoi Post Office, postcard rates to all countries are the same. It was originally a little cheaper than 33,000 VND, but I ended up paying slightly more than the actual price. (12000d+10500d+10500d)
Postage in Vietnam was much more expensive than in Korea, but it was fast!
