Yes, but sometimes I’ve made just the one card which is not that convenient for a RR

Then you just suggest a theme for a new group .

There is no need to make three identical cards for the other members of the same group! 
Basically you can do whatever you like as long as it relates somehow to the group theme.
And as @Radieschen pointed out, you can always suggest new groups!
Also, we all know that creativity doesn’t come on command and that making cards can be very time-consuming, so we are not picky about the two-week time frame for sending out the cards.
Why not give it a try? You would very welcome!
