Problems with UK International Post?

Something a bit odd happend to me last week but this is the post TOWARDS the UK.

Often my post from NL to UK take about a week sometimes a bit longer, but lets say a week

Now I sent a card and posted it on monday (around 16:00) and I got a ‘received’ message on wednesday morning (around 10.00)!
I don’t know how or why but it was there in less than 2 days?! I was stunned, this has never happend to me before and I often sent mail to the UK…

It sucks that others are having this problem but I’m also glad it’s not just me :sweat_smile:

I sent my first 5 postcards about ~13 days ago and even the one to Germany hasn’t arrived yet so I was worrying I’d done something wrong, but reading this thread is reassuring that they should still arrive and I hadn’t messed up
