Apologies if this has already been suggested or if it’s possible already:
I’d like to be able to turn off the “like” notifications in my private messages. Oftentimes when a person receives a chat, they’ll like it then (if necessary) respond. Users end up getting additional traffic in their feed, making it difficult to “keep up”.
If you check out the notification settings on the site, they show these options
I’m not sure if one of these will help you out? Looks like there isn’t an option to solely turn off like notifications for PMs
Much appreciation. Unfortunately no, this wouldn’t help in this instance as it relates specifically to direct messages.
Seems to me that there isn’t a way to just disable likes from PMs.
