Yes, the 2023 international postage rate is 1,80 (1,65 in 2022).
The 2023 domestic postage rate is the same as in 2022 (1,16).

That’s sad. Almost three times more expensive than our rates (0.64 international rate / 0.41 domestic rate). Do the representatives of French Postal services announced a full year program of issues? I am interested in Famous Persons or European stamps.
