We are not able to locate mail delay or suspension announcements on China Post’s website. Please let us know where we can find the information.

Postal Monitor is maintained for the benefit of Postcossing members; We don’t want postcards to be rejected at or returned from post offices.
I think Postcrossing admins are being extra careful about enabling destination countries, especially when official announcements are missing from the postal agency websites.

`The resumption of EMS is on 1 March 2021 but to selected destination countries that include Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

On 23 April 2021, we added 46 additional international destinations to the list: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Maldives, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Korea, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

According to the Postal Monitor many of these countries are still blocked for post from Malaysia. This is not correct apparently.`
