MEETUP PLAN:
Let’s meet in the Westfalenpark of Dortmund for WPD! We’ll meet at the entrance Ruhrallee at 10:45. The subway station “Westfalenpark” is nearby. The Haus der Rose (House of Roses) ist just next to it and we have it rented starting 11:00. My suggestion is to take a walk through the park first, maybe take a drive with the small railway. 
We can do what we want, after all. If someone doesn’t feel like walking, they can wait at the Haus der Rose or the restaurant just next to it. (I planned it so that everyone can get food there whenever they want 
)
At 13:30 we meet at the Haus der Rose again, everyone can get food at the restaurant if they want or start writing cards, chatting and stamping. 
The end will be at 17:00.
Entry to the park costs €3.50.
The meetup itself will be free, but I have to pay €60 to rent the Haus der Rose. I’ll put up a donation piggybank in case you want to help me with the costs, but it’s not obligatory. I want the meetup to be accessible for everyone, even if they’re a bit short on money. (I know how it is!)
I’ll design a meetup card, but everyone can make some! Just make sure that everyone can buy them from you, ok?
The house has room for 60 people, so there’s almost no limit for the number of participants.
