No matter how hard I try I cannot guarantee I upload vertical postcards vertically. I’m using an iPhone 8.
What’s the best way to ensure the image is uploaded correctly?
Sometimes it works, mostly not.

Just edit the image by rotate it on your phone

That doesn’t work: I rotate, save and it doesn’t go vertical.

I’ve had some troubles like that with my iPhone … I’ve found that if I rotate it to some other position, save, then go back in and rotate it to the correct position, it uploads correctly.

I had similar problem, even on other web pages, so I started to rotate images in 3rd party image editors like Snapseed or any other, never had such problem again

My solution is to take all images vertically and when uploading, choose medium size if it’s a horizontal postcard.
