I noticed that these two sheets of stamps seem to be off color a little bit. I know they are not fakes because they were both purchased from the USPS. Has anyone else experienced this in any way?

You might have yourself a collectible misprint there – hang onto them.

Hang on to them until you get them checked by a stamp appraiser. They might be worth a few $.
