我觉得可以发，收到片要登记才会上线登记片，这种用户很常见，除非天天上网冲浪，要不然一个月不上线我觉得很正常，这种还不算僵尸用户

实在不放心，给她发个消息问问
我一般等对方最近上线过之后才寄
肯定要寄哒！有时候人家只是不常上线，或者这段时间没有收到片就不登陆了。

官方总是强调要给收件人惊喜，所以他们原则上不希望有事先沟通…

I understand your insecurity about someone not logging in for so long, but there are many users who only log in when they want to draw an address or register a card.
Also, there are many other reasons why someone might not log in for a long time.
Postcrossing keeps an eye on such accounts. If someone does not log in for more than 30 days, their address will no longer be allocated.
You have to send a postcard to every address you get - that’s the rule.
And please don’t write to the user beforehand - it should always be a surprise when someone receives a card.
