Iāll have cards at the meetup for attendees for free, and Iām happy to accept donations to help offset the cost of the printing.
If you wanted to purchase more cards (for example the last meetup someone wanted to buy 250 cards) Iām happy to set that up for you and ship to you, at cost. Thanks!

I am glad to hear that! I am so excited and looking forward to attend. I wonder if there are about 20-25 cards I can take, or if I should order that many cards. If I decided to order cards, would it be about to make it to the meet-up?

Hi there, I havenāt attended any other Postcrossing meetups before, and have only hosted 3, so I donāt have experience with usual meetups. I expect to follow the agenda I posted initially, so the event should still be from 12:30-14:30. See you then!

I wonder if people usually hang out after itās ended or if everyone heads out after it?
I think that just depends on how each attendee feels - Iām not forcing everyone to disband at 14:30. For most of us itās our first time meeting each other. Hopefully it goes well and people will want to hang out longer.
