Rarely do I receve hand made postcards; but I sm delighted when I do.

I wis to cultivate a postcrosser/pals group here in Southwestern Wisconsin
Then you should either make a request for that in North America or sign up for Meetup in Wisconsin or organise one yourself - USA - Postcrossing Community
