I saw this on Chinese Tweeter called Weibo says in some regions of Iceland, people can draw a map instead of writing the address. Is that true?

I saw this on Twitter too this morning, I’m sure I saw the news story when it first came out or did the rounds. So funny! It’s quite a small population especially outside of the city so doesn’t surprise me.
