I am glad I am not the person who has to clean out a poo bin 
I’m envious of people living in places with poo bins! My recycling bin goes out for collection on Tuesday night. The next morning, it has at least four poop bags in it from my oblivious neighbors.
Are they oblivious or just rude? (or maybe both).
There are both types, but I try to live by the saying “Never attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity”. It makes me feel a little better about humanity.
