You would need to use two of them and then a twenty cent stamp to equal the $1.40, which is international rate or you can buy one international stamp.
You can use any Forever stamps (like Commemorative stamps) + a 20c stamp to mail from the US or its territories.
Just to clarify what @cliffside said, you need 2 Forever stamps + a 20 cent stamp or you can use one Global Forever stamp. Each (nonGlobal) Forever is worth 60 cents so 2 of those plus one 20 center = the necessary $1.40 of postage for mailing a postcard or (under 1 oz) envelope to an address outside of the US.
If it’s about convenience, you can also use 3 regular forever stamps, but you would be over-paying by 40 cents.
Yes, but you would need two plus some extra. One Forever stamp is $0.60, but a stamp for International mail is $1.40. You could use three Forever stamps or two with different stamps to add up to the additional $0.20. You can also buy Global stamps from the post office if you’re looking to send international mail during your time in the states. Happy Postcrossing!
Since 20¢ stamps are not available via USPS itself, the 24¢ extra ounce would be the easiest to obtain at a Post Office, or use two 10¢ stamps.
