Hi there! Was looking at all the pretty postmarks Singapore releases for each new stamp series and I was wondering how I could get them (on postcards) beyond buying First Day Covers! Would I have to go to a certain branch or mail it somewhere or is it only available for first day of release? Thank you so much for your help in advance
