All of the stamps cancelled by the post office counter clerks also recieved a sorting machine ink jet postmark over the top from the relevant mail centre.
I heard so much about the Singapore General Post Office, and now I see their postmark I can see why.
Another ordinary mail from Russia, but not sure why also one commerative stamp is used, but it is not even cancelling a stamp.
That is a first day of issue postmark for the triangle Matryoshka dolls (Russian Doll) stamp.
I like how there are four postmarks on that postcard, First Day of Issue postmark, Two Russian operational handstamp postmarks and a Royal Mail printer postmark over the top!
The ladies at one of my local post offices let me hand cancel my outgoing postcards. This is what the cancellation looks like.
