I am going to organize a Postcrossing Meeting again this year 
and I have seen that there is also a Postcrossing flag to use for a group photo of the Meeting

Indeed, these are made by members themselves, for their personal use. 
The Postcrossing logo is available here — make sure to read the guidelines carefully, so that you know what you’re allowed to do with it.
