The design looks like The Writerie on Etsy
There’s something written on the bottom of the second card but it’s hard to make out, it could be the name of the artist.
Edit: whoops, just kidding, @Cassiopheia solved that mystery!
Those may only be bought in a (German) Facebook only shop 
They are designed by @Mella68
edit: The shop is called MamiLaDa´s Welt Postkarten und mehr but right now on holiday until September.
