Poll "number rating"

Hello,
I tried to understand how the polls work.
2 on 3 are easy to create, but I don’t get how to make the third type work (number rating)

(this is what I see when adding the poll, i tried adding options manually, but it didn’t work)
Can anyone explain it to me, how to add the options?

This Poll is more for questions like "How much do you like from 1 (low) to 10 (high)…?
There is no need to add options.

This poll is in the interface language , set in profile preferences.
I just switched from german to english and ‘Durchschnittliche Bewertung’ turns into ‘averange rating’
