[NOT A BUG] Tracked topics/threads not showing up when I click my Avatar in Forum

For example, I just tagged someone in the 50 used stamps tag.
When I click on my avatar to see recent activity, this action does not appear. This has been going on for at least several days.

When you only click on your avatar, you see the last notifications that you got.

To see your recent activity, you have to click on your avatar, than on
