Maldives is marking its 50 years of tourism and in February 2022, they issued a stamp set to commemorate this. The collection include:

• MVR 10 – 1986: Introduction of overwater accommodation

• MVVR 30 – 1993: Introduction of seaplane services
• MVR 40 – 2010: Beginning of guesthouse tourism

This series - Cicadas - was issued in Oz today.
I love that the postmark is ‘Crawley’ in Western Australia. Someone in Oz Post has a fun sense of humour!
Cicadas conjure up hot summertime for me. I love being in the bush, when their roar is simply deafening. It reminds me of my childhood.
FYI - I do not recommend camping under a tree full of cicadas…without a waterproof fly (at least) above you. I have very fond memories of having to move my sleeping bag mid-night…after being constantly wee’d on by what must have been MANY cicadas above me 
.
