I would recommend the Russian Post to increase employee salaries and employ more people instead of wasting money on some strange museum nobody needs.
Because of labor shortage many postal office (including the one in my neighborhood) no longer provide home delivery. Now I personally have to visit my post office to get my mail. We do not have postmen (mail carriers) any more.
