I qualify to send 10 cards and even though I’ve received emails saying that one or another has arrived at its destination, I still don’t qualify to send a card. Any ideas out there? Thanks!

were the cards traveling for more than 60 days? in that case you had already got the slot when the card reached 60 days travelling

How many cards are travelling at the moment (without expired cards)?
You probably still have ten postcards currently traveling that were sent less than 60 days ago. When a card which has been travelling for more than 60 days arrives, you don’t get a new sending slot for it, as you already got one when the postcard expired at 60 days.

Got it. Thank you! I show 68 cards sent and 68 cards received, so that might be part of the issue too.

That wouldn’t stop you sending a new postcard, but yeah, you wouldn’t be eligible to receive another yet.
