Hello friends!
Suzanne (@HippieHeart) and me thought that it was time for a nice after summer meetup on the island of Borkum. From the city of Groningen it’s quite easy to reach by train/car and boat.
Because we meet at the boat location in the Eemshaven I put it in the Netherlands Meetups space. That doesn’t mean that only Dutch people can join ofcourse.
Arriva has a nice offer if you travel from Groningen:

We take at 10.15 am the ferry and once on the island we will make a walk or board the toy train to the village, shop for cards, rent a bicycle (if you want), go to the beach etc. We can do this together, individual or in small groups. We all come together for lunch at Brasserie Restaurant Borkum (brasserie-borkum.de) at 12.30 pm.
There we stamp cards / write in our meetup books / chit chat and enjoy eachother’s company. It’s not too much of a schedule, just relax and let’s see how it goes. But we do have to go back at a certain time because:
