MEETUP PLAN: Hello everyone! Finally, after 2 years of covid restrictions, a Night of Museums will be held in Novosibirsk! On the eve of the night, we will meet at the main post office, sign postcards and deliver a thematic special cancellation. Then we will continue the day with a walk around the city and at night we will go to museums. The postcards will be in Russian and English

Postcrossing is disappointed to discover that a meeting postcard that we did not approve because of the border around the Postcrossing logo was used at your meeting and sent to other members.
You submitted a changed meeting postcard and we approved the logo use on that postcard.
Can you explain why the unapproved meeting postcards were used and sent to other members?

Good afternoon! An error has occurred in the printing house. A second version of the postcard layout was sent, but the first one was printed. We didn’t have time to reprint it before the meeting. The postcard for this meeting and for the meeting on May 27, 2022 was printed at the same time in the same printing house, eventually had the same mistake.
This situation happened once and will not happen again.
