Hi everyone,
I‘m a middle school English teacher in Germany. This year I have an 8th grade class with 31 students, ages 13-15. Our textbook this year focuses on the USA and I thought it would be very cool for my kids to exchange cards/letters with an American class and learn about American culture from a different perspective.
I‘ve done a project like this before, a couple of years ago, and I only received positive feedback from my students back then! (We also managed a Skype session - a highlight for my students! You can tell this was before online classes were a thing…)
It would be great if the number of students in your class would be roughly the same to mine, so everyone can have their own pen pal. If it‘s not exactly the same, don‘t worry, we‘ll still make it work!
