it was never posted in the meetup forum so no one knew about it. We will reschedule for a later date.

It’s not going to be posted if marked “incomplete”.

And from personal experience, not a lot of people check the meetup list. I was more successful reaching potential attendees by contacting them through the official website (explore → search members, then filter by state, city and last login).
