Yes, it is. It’s a commemorative stamps issued in 2020 about 100 years of Gedung Sate, iconic building in Bandung. I remember I sent official postcards with this stamp earlier this year. Unfortunately, I run out of this stamp for now.
I hope you can find someone who have this stamp.
