Only my opinion, it’s better to look for potential traders in The Forum rather than the Official side.

The trade section has offers & requests for cards as well as stamps, plus many have links to trade albums for members to look through

This couldn’t be more spot-on! Forum users tend to be more active in PC, in general, and my experience has been thus more responsive to requests.
