How do I say “swap” in Japanese?

I’d like to say “Thanks for swapping with me” but I don’t know what’s the word for swap.

Swap is 交換 in Japanese.
If you want to say Thanks for swapping with me, please say

私とポストカードを交換してくれてありがとう。
It means thanks for swapping postcard with me.
