Help i just received a postcard from Germany is what the message says. But the postcard ID has 3 letters followed by 6 numbers. I thought maybe a mistake so i tried registering with De but it says not valid. Could i be mistaking the M for a number? But which one??
Hello @ElizaBoa I don’t think it’s an M, I think it’s an 11.
Sometimes the 11 can look like an M.
Please try it.
