You are right, it is just a solution for those, who can and want to use a smartphone.

I only draw one address at a time. Even if I plan to write more than one card. I get an address, choose the card, write it (immediately), upload the photo, put it in my outgoing mail box (plus I’m doing a plausibility check for all cards before I actually post them). Only then I draw a new address. No other system would work for me - though I love structure, I’m bad in keeping it if it has too many steps to follow. But this way I’m quite sure to never forget to write a card (though it could still get lost on the way to the mailbox).
