In general, it is bad practice to fuss just the day before the moment of truth, as this often leads to error.
But I really want to hit the bull’s-eye.
19600 postcards left to go.

Yes, I think it could happen overnight tonight (UTC).
Monday’s not the strongest day (one factor is the non-delivery in strong country NL, others I can only guess. For example that the within-Europe cards written as a weekend reward on Friday or Saturday take their time after Monday, usually).
Also, in my estimate, @greenskull: 26 Oct 2021, 13:34 (UTC) is too early, as many Europeans are still at work that time. Daily peak, as I see it, is 17-21 UTC.
14,285 to go
26th of October
20:21 UTC
a card from CA to RE
10 415 to go
Not a real guess, but I’m sure mundoo counts down, while europe sleeps again.
(Not this in night through)
6168 to go
5,870 postcards to go to 64 million postcards
And again, it seems I should not doubt others’ guesses. It must have been a busy night, followed by busy Asian day, European morning.
3,133 to go
Today, Austria Day, 26th October 2021
13:31 UTC
a card from CA to RE (at least that is possible, time-wise)
Oh good. I’ve been out. Glad I’ve not missed the moment.
Fewer than 2,000 to go, with about 780 being registered per hour, though I expect that might speed up.
Around 700 to go
Another half hour probably. 500 to go, while about 1000 were registered last hour.
160…
really close now!

50 postcard to go!
