(In Germany we will have to pay more for domestic postcards (now 70 instead of 60 ct).)
Postcard in Russia: 18 rubles (same as last year)
Открытка по России: 18 рублей (как в прошлом году)
Postcard abroad: 55 rubles (by land)
Открытка за границу: 55 рублей (наземным путем)
Postcard abroad: 61 rubles (by air mail)
Открытка за границу: 61 рубль (авиа почтой)

In the Netherlands, the rates have remained the same.
1.55 euros for 1 card up to 20 grams.
