Добрый день! У меня выставлена галочка в профиле - хочу получать и отправлять открытки из/в Беларусь, но вот уже более 2 лет (748 дней назад была выставлена настройка) ничего из Беларуси мне не приходит и адрес чтобы отправить открытку в Беларусь тоже ни разу не выпадал. Интересно, как у других пользователей - это действительно так редко бывает, чтобы своя страна попадалась?

A fellow Postcrosser from Japan whom I met told me that we cannot send either mint stamps or used stamps in an envelope from Japan to Belarus. And we do not know the reason why.
She printed out a label at the post office in Japan for the customs check and wrote used stamps on the label but the envelope she sent to Belarus has returned to her in Japan.
Does anyone know why the mint stamps or used stamps are forbidden items to send from Japan to Belarus ??
It has a been a mystery to us…
Адреса выпадают случайным образом, так что, видимо, вам просто не повезло:)
The reason is the fact that Belarusian posts does not accepting this marks. Mark is a sign that means that you paid for the post services. So, used marks are not accepted because the Belarusian post does not accepting the payment of your Japanese friend. Reused marks qualified as an empty card without marks - and without payment too.
