I will remind the community that some the meeting rules say:
Meetups should be open to everyone in Postcrossing, without discrimination. If there is a limit on the number of participants, spots should be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.
Meetups need to be announced (on the forum ) at least 2 weeks in advance, so that participants can be aware of them and have a chance to join.
This means that forum members also have a chance of joining and not just a specific group organised elsewhere.
