My kid deleted my postcrossing account now I have this one I know I can’t get stuff back but what can i do?
I would contact the staff, I don’t think there is anything that can be done though. Just go to the main page under the Help section and send a message there…

Please inform the support about that via the contact form, but I think deleted is deleted.

I’m afraid deleted accounts are gone. 
I’m pretty sure there’s nothing Postcrossing’s staff can do to help in this case.

That’s really annoying, but your cards are not lost - you still have them in real at home .
Now your child has to help writing cards - who can delete, can also write or decorate
