I’ve received a card from J C Booker in USA but I can’t trace him/her. He/she obviously sent me a card before.

There is a user that goes by JCBOOKER - https://www.postcrossing.com/user/JCBOOKER. They sent you a card last year on July 1st.

Also, I have received several cards and envelopes from JC. He says he is weeding out his collection and likes to give away ones he doesn’t want anymore. An all-around generous and friendly chap!
