Maybe this is the wrong place to ask but I did not find another spot.
Someone won a card I offered in a lottery but the winner does not send my his / her address. How long am I supposed to wait to send the card? Anyone made the same experience?

There are no fixed rules for this.
I always ask in the lottery topic to send me the address and so far I have always received an answer.
But if not, I would send a PM to the user after one week and ask for it again and then wait another week before drawing a new winner.
But in the end, everyone can decide for themselves.
