Sounds very tempting. I will be coming back from Glamping near Ingleside, ON on that day. If my daughter does not mind returning to montreal very late, then count me in!

Will there be enough room? If room is tight, edit your event for 10 people max. Do you need to call and reserve at this place?

If you are part of Facebook. Be sure to join postcrossing canada, postcrossing Quebec, canada to canada postcrossing, to announcd your event there. You will get a lot more people that way too. I love your choice of cafe.

I put the meeting link on the Postcrossing group Facebook pages. To print postcards, i use Vista print. I design the front and back on my phone then order 4x6 superior or regular quality paper. It would take a good week to arrive. 250 is a good quantity. You are not allowed to sell them for profit so you charge what you paid for them. 35-50cents each. If you are left with many, they are great for postcrossing official cards. If you use the postcrossing logo, you have to write in the back of the postcard “postcrossing logo is a registered trademark”.

If the time is moved up to 4pm I may be unable to make it right away, I only get off at 5:30. When would you expect this to end? I can maybe make some of it

I second moving the time up a bit or making it a longer event as I work until 5 as well that day.
