I may be interested, but what do you mean about proof of mail? The PO, as far as I know, only does tracking on packages.
Meaning a picture of the addressed envelope/card, stamped and ready to go to prove it’s going to be mailed. I’ve had people send me video of them putting it in the mail box, etc.
