Neither of these images have the Postcrossing is a registered trademark notice in English on them and that needs to be included before the meeting is approved.

Postcards using the logo need to clearly state (in English) that they are for a Postcrossing meetup and this needs to be clear they are a meetup postcard so that the receivers can understand what it is. We can see that some of the images do not specifically say they are designed for a meetup. Please tell your designers that this information needs to be included in English.
