Unfortunately the white border around the Postcrossing logo is deemed to be an alteration to the logo and so is not approved.
See the User Manual https://static1.postcrossing.com/images/logos/Postcrossing-Logo-Kit.zip?v=20210826 in the current Logo User Kit (page 3) for margins around the logo and other elements etc.

I am sorry but the amended postcard is still NOT approved because of the logo being on a blue part of the design.

Is the meeting cancelled or is now a private meeting?
If the meeting still goes ahead privately then you cannot use that postcard as it contains the Postcrossing logo. Private meetings are not Postcrossing meetings.

Good afternoon! We will hold a meeting. I will suggest cropping the wrong postcards, i.e. removing the postcrossing logo. So your rules won’t be broken. In addition, we have a second postcard with the “correct” image. This is our first experience of registering official meetings. As they say in Russia, “the first pancake is a lump.”
